U.S. net product revenue from the cabozantinib franchise reached USD 604.9 million. CABOMETYX contributed USD 603.2 million and COMETRIQ USD 1.8 million. Exelixis said the increase in product revenue mainly reflected higher sales volume and a higher average net selling price.

Pipeline milestones shape the outlook
The FDA is reviewing zanzalintinib with atezolizumab for previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer, with a target action date of March 3, 2027. Exelixis said the application does not currently form part of its 2026 revenue guidance.
The company also expects topline results from the phase 3 STELLAR-304 trial in the first quarter of 2027. The study evaluates zanzalintinib with nivolumab in previously untreated advanced non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
