Zions Bancorporation said on September 16, 2026, that its subsidiary Zions Capital Markets appointed Vince Toye as Managing Director and Head of Agency Multifamily Lending. Toye assumed the role on August 31, 2026, following the acquisition of the agency lending platform of Basis Multifamily Finance I, LLC.
