- Coller EQT contributed to higher fee-generating assets and expanded EQT's exposure to secondaries and credit strategies.
- EQT XI, Infrastructure VII and the Scaleup Europe Fund are the next fundraising milestones for the platform.
- The planned Stockbridge acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary conditions.
EQT's fundraising platform entered a new execution phase after the completed Coller Capital combination. The group's third-quarter update, published on October 15 and covering July through September 2026, showed gross inflows of 41.6 billion euros and fee-generating assets under management of 195 billion euros.
EQT's shareholder page lists the October 15 quarterly announcement among its investor materials. The update also put total assets under management at 354 billion euros at September 30, compared with 267 billion euros a year earlier. Coller Capital, operating as Coller EQT after completion on August 31, contributed 34 billion euros to the increase in fee-generating assets.
Coller Adds Scale And New Strategies
Net inflows to key funds reached 10.9 billion euros, including 10.3 billion euros related to the inclusion of Coller. Other strategies generated 24.4 billion euros of net inflows, with 19.0 billion euros linked to the transaction. The combination also broadened EQT's exposure to secondaries and credit strategies.
Coller EQT is preparing the launch of CIP X in early 2027 and has started fundraising for its third Coller Credit Opportunities fund. EQT said a technical presentation change for Coller EQT's fee-generating assets would apply from the fourth quarter without affecting fund economics or its outlook.
Fund Activations Set The Next Tests
The Scaleup Europe Fund had secured more than 3 billion euros against a 5 billion euro target, with fundraising continuing into the first half of 2027. EQT XI is expected to activate within the next few months, while Infrastructure VII is expected to activate around year-end and hold an early close in December.
The real-time quote of EQT stock showed 29.31 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 17:49:40 CET on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. That was 1.84 percent above the 28.78-euro quote in the latest report on the same day at 10:00:04 CET, a separate comparison from any Xetra session.
