At a median follow-up of 28 months, the trial's independent-review-committee-assessed progression-free survival was significantly improved with pirtobrutinib compared with bendamustine plus rituximab. The median progression-free survival had not yet been reached for pirtobrutinib, compared with 33.5 months for bendamustine plus rituximab, the release said.
