DKSH stock is expanding its healthcare reach through an agreement covering four medicines across eight Asia-Pacific markets. PR Newswire reported on September 28, 2026 that DKSH and Grünenthal will commercialize Qutenza, Vimovo, Palexia and Zomig in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Healthcare adds four medicines

DKSH will handle local marketing authorizations, medical activities, market access, sales and distribution, while Grünenthal will continue manufacturing the medicines. The agreement extends a partnership that began in 2023 and gives DKSH Healthcare a larger commercial role across the region.

The transaction is strategically relevant because it adds products to a business unit already generating CHF 2.9 billion in first-half 2026 net sales. Healthcare Core EBIT reached CHF 86.5 million in the same period, while the unit continued investing in new client wins and commercial outsourcing.

Sales growth outpaces Core EBIT

Yahoo Finance reported from DKSH's July 17, 2026 earnings call that first-half 2026 net sales increased 4.9 percent to CHF 5.5 billion, the strongest first-half growth in three years. Core EBIT increased 3.6 percent to CHF 163.4 million, while earnings per share rose 10.6 percent to CHF 1.56.

The comparison shows the main investor issue: sales growth exceeded Core EBIT growth, and the Core EBIT margin stood at 3.0 percent, 10 basis points below the first half of 2025. Foreign exchange effects reduced reported Core EBIT by CHF 12 million, although free cash flow reached CHF 147.7 million and cash conversion was 130.8 percent against a target of at least 90 percent.

Stock stays near yearly high

DKSH was trading at CHF 69.40 on SIX on September 29, 2026 at 3:35 p.m. CEST. The price was CHF 0.50 below the 52-week high of CHF 69.90, while the market capitalization stood at CHF 4.5 billion.
