What investors should watch next
The higher production outlook and strong free cash flow improve the companys capacity to fund drilling, debt reduction and shareholder returns. At the same time, the lower realized oil price from the previous quarter highlights the sensitivity of results to commodity markets. Investors will next assess fourth-quarter execution, spending discipline and the pace of further repurchases.
