Q3 Growth Raises The Bar
According to Deutsche Telekom's Q3 release, organic revenue increased 5.5 percent to EUR 31.1 billion. Adjusted EBITDA AL rose 8.0 percent organically to EUR 12.2 billion, while adjusted net profit increased 12.7 percent to EUR 3.0 billion. Service revenue grew 4.1 percent organically to EUR 26.0 billion.
The company lifted its 2026 adjusted EBITDA AL forecast to around EUR 47.6 billion from approximately EUR 47.5 billion. Its free cash flow AL guidance increased to roughly EUR 20.1 billion from EUR 20.0 billion, while recurring adjusted earnings per share remains expected at EUR 2.20.
Capital Returns Add A Test
Management plans to propose a dividend of EUR 1.10 per share for the 2026 financial year, a 10 percent increase from the 2025 financial year. Deutsche Telekom also plans to buy back up to EUR 2 billion of shares in 2027.
The stronger operating figures support the growth case, but investors will also focus on how reliably service revenue converts into earnings and cash flow. The next financial checkpoint is scheduled for February 25, 2027, when the company is due to publish fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results.
The DAX market environment remains the broader benchmark for German blue-chip investors.
