Deutsche Börse stock traded at 317.10 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 14:08 CET on Monday, November 2, 2026, 1.06 percent below the Xetra close of Friday, October 30. The comparison follows a strong third quarter in which the exchange operator raised its full-year 2026 outlook again.

The company published its Q3 statement on October 20, 2026. In its Deutsche Börse release, net revenue excluding the treasury result rose 14 percent to 1.415 billion euros in the third quarter. Including treasury income, net revenue reached 1.633 billion euros, up 13 percent year on year.

Broad-Based Growth Lifts Guidance

Six of the group's eight businesses achieved double-digit growth. EBITDA excluding treasury income increased 19 percent to 760 million euros, while total EBITDA rose 16 percent to 978 million euros. Net profit attributable to shareholders climbed 18 percent to 559 million euros.

Treasury income rose 7 percent to 218 million euros, marking its first year-on-year increase since 2024. Deutsche Börse now expects total net revenue above 6.5 billion euros and total EBITDA of approximately 3.9 billion euros for 2026. The group also expects treasury income above 0.8 billion euros, compared with its previous target of more than 0.7 billion euros.

Management linked the quarter's momentum to stronger activity in fixed-income and funding markets as well as growing assets under custody and settlement volumes in Fund Services and Securities Services. The planned Allfunds transaction continued to affect the cost base, while adjusted cost growth was around 3 percent.
