Recurring software supports momentum
The official Dassault Systèmes investor-relations release reported annual recurring revenue growth of 6 percent. 3DEXPERIENCE software revenue increased 25 percent and cloud software revenue rose 14 percent, pointing to continued demand for the group's platform and subscription offerings.

Dassault Systèmes now targets 2026 revenue of 6.399 billion to 6.459 billion euros, equivalent to constant-currency growth of 4 to 5 percent, compared with the previous range of 3 to 5 percent. The non-IFRS operating-margin objective is 32.5 to 32.7 percent, while diluted EPS growth is expected at 6 to 7 percent.
For the fourth quarter, management expects constant-currency revenue growth of 5 to 8 percent. The ArisGlobal acquisition, completed in September, is expected to contribute two percentage points to that growth, although it had no material revenue impact in the third quarter.
