Dassault Systèmes reported stronger third-quarter execution on October 28, 2026, and raised its full-year objectives. The French software group said total revenue increased 5 percent in constant currencies to 1.55 billion euros for the three months ended September 30, according to its investor release.
Dassault Systèmes stock traded at 26.12 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 18:04 CET on Thursday, November 5, 2026. The quote was 25.15 euros in the November 4 report at 10:38 CET, putting the latest level 3.86 percent higher and providing the fresh market reference for this second edition.
Apart from the market move, the key operating update is unchanged but material for investors: software revenue rose 5 percent in constant currencies, while annual recurring revenue increased 6 percent to 4.50 billion euros. Cloud software revenue advanced 14 percent and 3DEXPERIENCE software revenue gained 25 percent.
Higher objectives after strong execution
Management now expects 2026 revenue of 6.399 billion to 6.459 billion euros, corresponding to constant-currency growth of 4 to 5 percent versus the previous range of 3 to 5 percent. The non-IFRS operating-margin objective increased to 32.5 to 32.7 percent, while diluted EPS growth is expected at 6 to 7 percent.
For the fourth quarter, Dassault Systèmes expects revenue growth of 5 to 8 percent in constant currencies. The ArisGlobal acquisition, completed in September, is expected to contribute two percentage points of that growth and had no material revenue impact in the third quarter. The company also said operating cash flow rose 20 percent in the first nine months to 1.57 billion euros, with cash conversion at 111 percent.
The real-time quote of Dassault Systèmes stock is available for investors tracking the next trading session.
French equities remain in the broader CAC 40 market context as investors assess software demand, recurring revenue and technology spending.
Further strategic detail is due at the Capital Markets Day on November 17. The company has scheduled its fourth-quarter 2026 earnings release for February 3, 2027.
