Dassault Systèmes reported stronger third-quarter execution on October 28, 2026, and raised its full-year objectives. The company said total revenue and software revenue both grew 5 percent in constant currencies, reaching the high end of its quarterly targets, according to the Dassault Systèmes investor-relations release.

Annual recurring revenue increased 6 percent. 3DEXPERIENCE software revenue advanced 25 percent and cloud software revenue rose 14 percent, supporting the group's recurring-revenue model across industrial design, engineering and product-lifecycle applications.

Higher targets follow stronger execution

The non-IFRS operating margin reached 31.6 percent, 150 basis points above the year-earlier level, while diluted earnings per share rose 8 percent to 0.32 euros. Operating cash flow increased 20 percent for the first nine months, with cash conversion at 111 percent compared with 97 percent a year earlier.

Dassault Systèmes now targets 2026 revenue of 6.399 billion to 6.459 billion euros, equal to growth of 4 to 5 percent, compared with the previous 3 to 5 percent range. The operating-margin objective is 32.5 to 32.7 percent, while earnings-per-share growth is expected at 6 to 7 percent.

The completed ArisGlobal acquisition is included in the revised objectives. Management expects fourth-quarter revenue growth of 5 to 8 percent in constant currencies, with ArisGlobal contributing two percentage points. The company also appointed Ashwini Zenooz as executive vice president and chief executive for Life Sciences and Healthcare.
