Dassault Systèmes reported stronger third-quarter execution on October 28, 2026, and raised its full-year objectives. In its official release, the French software group said revenue grew 5 percent in constant currencies during the three months ended September 30.

Third-Quarter Momentum Broadens

Total revenue reached 1.5519 billion euros under IFRS, compared with 1.4601 billion euros a year earlier. Software revenue rose 5 percent in constant currencies to 1.3935 billion euros, while annual recurring revenue increased 6 percent to 4.50 billion euros. Recurring revenue accounted for 84 percent of software revenue in the quarter.

Growth was led by several technology areas. 3DEXPERIENCE software revenue increased 25 percent, and cloud software revenue advanced 14 percent. Mainstream Innovation software revenue rose 8 percent in constant currencies, while Industrial Innovation increased 5 percent. Life Sciences software revenue grew 1 percent in constant currencies, with MEDIDATA improving sequentially.

Margins And Cash Flow Strengthen

Non-IFRS operating income increased 10 percent in constant currencies to 490.2 million euros, lifting the non-IFRS operating margin to 31.6 percent from 30.1 percent a year earlier. Non-IFRS diluted earnings per share rose 8 percent in constant currencies to 0.32 euros. IFRS diluted earnings per share increased to 0.22 euros from 0.20 euros.

Operating cash flow for the first nine months rose 20 percent in constant currencies to 1.57 billion euros. Cash conversion reached 111 percent, compared with 97 percent in the prior-year period. The figures also reflect the company's presentation of non-IFRS measures, which exclude items such as share-based compensation, acquired-intangible amortization and acquisition-related expenses.

Higher Full-Year Objectives

Dassault Systèmes now expects 2026 revenue of 6.399 billion to 6.459 billion euros, corresponding to constant-currency growth of 4 to 5 percent, compared with the previous range of 3 to 5 percent. The company raised its non-IFRS operating margin objective to 32.5 to 32.7 percent and its diluted EPS growth objective to 6 to 7 percent.

For the fourth quarter, management expects constant-currency revenue growth of 5 to 8 percent. The ArisGlobal acquisition, completed in September, is expected to contribute two percentage points of that growth. Dassault Systèmes said the acquisition had no material revenue impact in the third quarter.
