Clorox Co. (ISIN US1890541097) stock is tied to a fiscal 2027 outlook that now calls for net sales growth of 13 percent to 14 percent and adjusted earnings of USD 5.70 to USD 6.00 per share, according to a September 4, 2026 TradingView report based on Zacks coverage.
GOJO changes the mix
The report says GOJO Industries was completed in April 2026 and is now operating as Clorox Purell. It adds about 9.5 percentage points to fiscal 2027 net sales growth, and first-quarter net sales are expected to rise 31 percent to 32 percent.
That comparison matters because Clorox also said organic sales are projected to increase 16 percent to 17 percent in the quarter, but the prior-year enterprise resource planning inventory drawdown adds about 18 points to the comparison. Without that effect, underlying organic sales are expected to decline.
Margins stay in view
For fiscal 2027, gross margin is expected to be about 42 percent, while selling and administrative expenses are projected at about 16 percent of sales. The same report says inflation is expected to exceed USD 200 million in fiscal 2027, more than double Clorox's historical USD 75 million to USD 100 million range.
For investors, that leaves the margin path as the main variable. Revenue growth is visible, but the cost line is still doing a lot of the work.
Clorox and the new GOJO contribution
The latest outlook makes the acquisition mix a bigger part of the Clorox story for fiscal 2027.
Purell becomes a bigger driver
Clorox Purell now sits inside the health and hygiene platform, which the report says represents more than half of net sales. The first quarter is expected to show the biggest reported-sales lift, with about 15 points of growth from the acquisition.
That makes the product story simple for shareholders: the brand can lift reported sales fast, but the reported margin picture still depends on inflation, mix and integration costs.
Market signals
Reuters said on September 4, 2026 that Broadcom had slipped after earnings even though revenue beat expectations, a reminder that investors are still punishing weak forward guidance across large-cap consumer and technology names alike. In that backdrop, Clorox's fiscal 2027 numbers are being judged on the size of the uplift and the cost of getting it.
Clorox stock trades in the U.S. market in USD, and the article centers on the fiscal 2027 guidance that now frames the investment case.
