CA Immo completed the sale of its remaining Czech office portfolio on October 22, 2026, ending the Austrian property group's presence in the Czech Republic. The company said in its announcement that the transaction generated a profit against book value.

Prague sale completes Czech exit

The disposal covers the Riverside Karlín campus in Prague, comprising five office buildings with around 85,000 square metres of gross leasable area. The properties are Nile House, Amazon Court, Danube House, Mississippi House and Missouri Park.

The buyer also took over CA Immo's entire Czech team. The local organisation will continue managing the portfolio under the new ownership, while CA Immo leaves the market after earlier disposals of the Visionary and Kav?í Hory buildings.

Capital rotation targets Germany

CEO Keegan Viscius said the approaching completion of the Danube House refurbishment created the right moment to conclude the exit. He said the company would continue refining its portfolio of modern Class A office assets and increase scale in Germany.

CA Immo's strategy focuses on large, high-quality office properties in prime inner-city locations in Berlin and Munich. The company said assets that no longer fit its preferred profile by location, quality, age or value-creation potential may be sold as part of the ongoing capital rotation program.

The company plans to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, investment in its prime portfolio, debt repayment, share buybacks, dividends and potential external investments. The announcement did not disclose the transaction price.
