Blackstone declared a quarterly dividend of USD 1.12 per common share on October 22, with November 2, 2026 set as the record date and November 9 as the payment date. The schedule keeps shareholder distributions in focus as the alternative asset manager builds on strong third-quarter inflows. The dates and dividend amount were included in Blackstone's third-quarter results release.
Strong Inflows Support Asset Growth
Blackstone reported USD 63.3 billion of inflows during the third quarter and USD 271.6 billion over the last twelve months. Capital deployed reached USD 30.1 billion in the quarter, while realizations totaled USD 33.1 billion. The company said its flagship strategies outperformed comparable public-market indices and reported positive momentum across its major fundraising channels.
Total assets under management increased 10 percent year over year to USD 1,368.3 billion at September 30. Fee-earning assets under management rose 9 percent to USD 989.7 billion, and perpetual capital assets under management reached USD 562.3 billion, up 12 percent from a year earlier. Private equity assets under management grew 18 percent to USD 465.4 billion, while credit and insurance assets increased 11 percent to USD 480.0 billion.
Earnings Mix Remains Important
Blackstone's third-quarter GAAP net income was USD 1.3 billion, compared with USD 662 million attributable to Blackstone Inc. Net income per diluted share was USD 0.83, up from USD 0.80 in the year-earlier quarter. Fee related earnings rose 6 percent to USD 1.6 billion, or USD 1.26 per share.
Distributable earnings were USD 1.7 billion, or USD 1.32 per common share, compared with USD 1.9 billion, or USD 1.52 per share, in the third quarter of 2025. The comparison shows how Blackstone's earnings profile depends on both recurring fee income and realized performance revenues. In the latest quarter, total segment distributable earnings declined 4 percent to USD 1.9 billion, while fee related earnings increased.
Chief Executive Officer Stephen A. Schwarzman said Blackstone's platforms are positioned around investment themes including artificial intelligence and energy infrastructure. The company also highlighted USD 228.9 billion of dry powder available for future investments at the end of September.
What Investors Watch Next
The dividend payment is scheduled for Monday, November 9. Investors will also continue to track fundraising, deployment and realizations because these measures influence future fee revenue and performance-related income. Blackstone's next reported results will show whether the strong fundraising pace is translating into sustained earnings growth.
