BioVersys AG (SIX: BIOV), a multi-asset, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focusing on research and development of novel antibacterial products for serious life-threatening infections caused by multi-drug resistant (MDR) bacteria, announced today the results of its Annual General Meeting with all proposals by the Board of Directors voted in favor by the shareholders.

The re-election of Seng Chin Mah as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the re-election of David Hunstad, Marc Gitzinger, Marina von Schönau and Ulrik Schulze, as well as the election of Ms. Simona Skerjanec as Members of the Board of Directors. The maximum aggregate amount of compensation for the Board of Directors for the term of office until AGM 2027, and the maximum aggregate amount of compensation for the members of the Executive Committee for the financial year 2027.
