Two prices shape Shareplan 2026
Employees can subscribe through two structures. The Classic offer is priced at 33.86 euros, equal to 80 percent of the 42.31-euro reference price. The Guarantee Plus offer is priced at 39.75 euros, or 93.95 percent of that reference price.
The employee plan adds a financing and capital-markets angle to AXA's share story, while the reference price gives investors a defined benchmark for the offering. The subscription prices apply to Shareplan 2026 rather than setting a trading price for the shares.
