For 2027–2029, Arcadis targets mid-single-digit organic net revenue growth, a mid- to high-teens operating EBITDA margin and a dividend payout ratio of 30% to 40% of net income from operations. The company expects divestments of the majority of its architecture business and China operations to increase the operating EBITDA margin by about 100 basis points. Arcadis also plans to reduce about 1,000 full-time-equivalent positions as part of overhead rightsizing targeted in 2027, while continuing to hire in growth areas. These details were published in the company’s strategy release.
Earlier offer decision
On September 23, 2026, Arcadis said WSP Global had decided not to proceed with a public offer for Arcadis. Arcadis said its boards had unanimously rejected WSP’s two proposals as fundamentally undervaluing the company. The statement is detailed in a separate Arcadis release.
