Aperam confirms lower third-quarter outlook as Aperam stock sits at EUR 37.38

Aperam confirmed its third-quarter 2026 outlook on October 6, 2026, according to an EQS News release. The company said adjusted EBITDA in the third quarter of 2026 is expected to be lower than the EUR 130.00 million reported for the second quarter of 2026, but slightly above the EUR 90.00 million reported for the first quarter of 2026.

The same update said underlying European demand remained at a low level in the third quarter of 2026, while current order books showed no noticeable improvement. Aperam said Brazil’s seasonally strong activity was partly offsetting weaker seasonal demand in Europe across Stainless, Recycling and Services & Solutions.
