Buyback program finalized
Ambu said the program had repurchased shares for a total of DKK 300 million since May 6, 2026. The program was required to be completed no later than September 30, 2026, and the repurchased shares were bought with the aim of completing a share capital decrease, according to the company announcement published through Nasdaq.
