- Adyen reported 23% year-over-year Q3 net revenue growth and 30% growth in processed volume.
- JINS will roll out Adyen across 150 Japanese stores from November after an initial flagship deployment.
- Management expects 2026 constant-currency net revenue growth of 21% to 23% and a 50% EBITDA margin.
Adyen entered the week with two business developments in focus: strong third-quarter growth and a new Japanese retail deployment. The company said on October 28 that net revenue for the quarter ended September 30 reached 738.1 million euros, up 23% year over year. Processed volume rose 30% to 451.1 billion euros, according to Adyen.
Growth meets higher investment
The Q3 update showed broad expansion across Adyen's business. Digital net revenue increased 16% to 387.4 million euros, while Unified Commerce revenue rose 29% to 250.5 million euros. Platforms revenue gained 46% to 100.2 million euros.
Adyen maintained its 2026 constant-currency net revenue growth outlook of 21% to 23%. It now expects a 50% EBITDA margin for the year and discontinued its medium-term EBITDA objective as it accelerates investment in its team, platform and products. Yahoo Finance, citing Investing.com, also reported that the company had exceeded analyst expectations for payment volume while lowering its margin target.
JINS expands Japanese rollout
On November 2, Adyen announced that Japanese eyewear retailer JINS had selected its platform for omnichannel payments across 150 stores, following an initial launch at the Kichijoji flagship in late September. The rollout will start in November, with mobile checkout using Tap to Pay on iPhone. The announcement is available from Adyen. A separate AWP news brief carried by VermögensZentrum described the same expansion and its support for JINS' international growth.
