AbbVie presents dermatology research
AbbVie said its program includes 60 abstracts and presentations spanning alopecia areata, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, non-segmental vitiligo, psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Three of the presentations are described as late-breaking. The company said the material includes new data for the approved therapies SKYRIZI, or risankizumab, and RINVOQ, or upadacitinib, as well as research on the investigational compounds lutikizumab and zumilokibart.
The announced program includes 52-week data on upadacitinib from Phase 3 UP-AA trials, Phase 2 APEX data on zumilokibart in atopic dermatitis and analyses of upadacitinib in non-segmental vitiligo. AbbVie also listed studies of risankizumab in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The research is scheduled for the EADV Congress running from September 30 through October 3, 2026.
