Graphisoft Park SE was founded by the resolution on the de-merge of the real estate development business unit in a form of an independent business entity, approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Graphisoft SE held on June 29, 2006.
 
Graphisoft Park SE plans to triple its stock of real estate from the current 16,000 square meters in the next two years, while still paying dividends. It plans to spend ?40 million ? which is to be raised through loans ? to complete 43,900 square meters of net office space and 39,668 square meters of garage and storage space by 2008. The company projects a dividend of ?0.08 per share in 2007, ?0.18 in 2008, ?0.20 in 2009, ?0.22 in 2010 and ?0.25 in 2011. In 2006, the first year of its operation, Graphisoft Park projects net revenue from rent worth ?1 million. It projects ?5 million from rent in 2007, ?6.4 million in 2008 and an annual ?7.5 million after that from already existing properties or those still under construction.
 
Current tenants of Graphisoft Park include the Hungarian units of Japan's Canon, Germany's SAP and the US's AMRI and Microsoft Corp.
