Bank Vozrozhdenie has a history dating back to April 1991. Today, It provides 1 500,000 clients with a range of services, from savings accounts, payment handling and payroll management to mortgages, bank cards and business and consumer loans.

Bank’s nationwide network includes 176 locations in 20 regions of the country and 730 ATMs. Specialized mortgage centres of the Bank operate in such cities, as Moscow, Volgograd, Volzhskoe, Stavropol and Taganrog. The Bank is focused on developing its retail network in Central, Northwest and South regions of Russia.

Every year, Vozrozhdenie Bank opens 15-20 new offices and installs 50-70 ATMs capable of cash-in and payment transactions. The further development of Bank will primarily take place in the European part of the country, in the regions which have a high economic potential. It does not have plans on expanding beyond the boundaries of Russia.

Ordinary non-documentary registered shares of Bank Vozrozhdenie have been trading at OAO “Stock Exchange Russian Trade System since May 1977 and at Moscow Interbank Foreign Currency Exchange (MICEX) since February 1998.
