Ad-Hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 Listing Rules: EEII 2026 – Half year results   Zug, September 30th, 2026   EEII AG publishes half year results as of June 30, 2026.  EEII reports a loss of CHF 547,568 for the first half of 2025 (H2 2025: loss of CHF 332,306). The net asset value of EEII shares ("NAV") amounted to CHF -0.76 at the end of June 2026, representing a negative development of CHF -0.29 per share since the beginning of the year. During the first half of 2026, the company finalized the preparation for the reverse takeover of Jubin Frères SA. The company has received the reglementary approval of the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX) to increase the capital and to integrate Jubin Frères SA. Although the company has currently no active investment, the maintenance of the structure as a listed company incurred costs of approximately CHF 128,479. In addition of the running costs, the preparation of the prospectus and filing to the Swiss Stock Exchange resulted in additional costs of CHF 419,089. Total operating expenses amounted to CHF 547,568 corresponding to the recorded loss for the first half of 2026.
