Zurich, March 31, 2025 – Bystronic announces that Beat Neukom will step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer by amicable mutual agreement and will leave the company on April 17. Neukom has served in this position since 2021. The Board of Directors and CEO Domenico Iacovelli thank him for his service and contribution, especially during the restructuring and reorganization of Bystronic.  

The search for a successor has been initiated. Iacovelli will serve as Group CFO ad interim.
