ESPG extends lease with Silicon Labs in Hallbergmoos by five years

Cologne, 23 February 2026 – European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, has extended its lease agreement with US semiconductor company Silicon Labs at its Hallbergmoos location for a further five years. The agreement covers approximately 400 square metres of rental space at Science Park AERO49.
