In today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of Kommunalkredit Austria AG resolved on the dismissal of the chairman and member of the management board, Karl-Bernd Fislage, with immediate effect based on a vote of no-confidence by today's extraordinary shareholders' meeting. In the same supervisory board meeting, Sebastian Firlinger was appointed as interim CEO. The supervisory board will start the search for a new CEO.
