Frankfurt am Main, April 2, 2026 – The Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO SE (the “Company”) resolved today to reappoint Mr. Oliver Behrens as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company. His term of office, which was originally set to expire on September 30, 2027, has been extended early through this reappointment until March 31, 2029. With this early extension, the Supervisory Board is ensuring continuity and stability in the Company’s leadership at an early stage. Oliver Behrens has been CEO of flatexDEGIRO SE since October 2024.
