Share buy-back - 16th interim notification

In the period from 27 March 2017 up to and including 2 April 2017, a total of 59,969 shares were purchased under the terms of HolidayCheck Group AG's share buy-back programme. Notice of the commencement date of this share buy-back programme (18 November 2016) was given in an announcement published on 8 November 2016 pursuant to Article 5 paragraph 1 a) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (MAR) and Article 2 paragraph 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The daily aggregated volumes of repurchased shares and the daily volumeweighted average purchase prices in the period from 27 March 2017 up to and including 2 April 2017 are shown below.
