IMMOFINANZ's myhive am Wienerberg has become a very popular office location, as is demonstrated by recently signed leases for a total of 4,500 sqm. The tenants range from international corporations to smaller and medium-sized companies. The location's most attractive features include services and community events from the myhive office brand.
The largest new tenant is the Austrian subsidiary of Toyota, the multinational automotive manufacturer, with roughly 1,100 sqm. "A flexible and modern working environment with a feel-well factor were important for the selection of our new location. The myhive concept gives us all this and convinced us with its additional service and activity offering", explained Heiko Twellmann, Managing Director of Toyota Austria GmbH.
Iglo Austria, the market leader for frozen foods, extended its current rental contract for 1,000 sqm by a further ten years. "This office location is an excellent choice for us, above all due to the unbeatable infrastructure. Our employees feel very well here", indicated Felix Fröhner, General Manager of Iglo.
Other new tenants include numerous smaller and medium-sized companies which create additional impulses for the office community. "In addition to our large tenants we see a growing demand for space between 200 sqm and 400 sqm. Especially these SMEs benefit from integration in a larger office location and our wide-ranging myhive services, like our exclusive tenant lounge and many community and networking events", explained Christian Kainz, Country Manager Operations for IMMOFINANZ in Austria.
