CONSUS Commercial Property acquires modern office building in Stuttgart and continues with its portfolio development Leipzig/Stuttgart, 12.06.2017 - The CONSUS Commercial Property AG ("CONSUS", ISIN DE000A2DA414), an opportunity-oriented commercial real estate investor with its focus on German real estates, acquires a 9.000 sqm modern office building in the Motorstrasse, Stuttgart. The 11th property in the purchase portfolio refers to various well-known companies as tenants and 100% occupancy. After the successful closing of the purchase portfolio, CONSUS initiates its next growth phase and develops its portfolio extension. It has been mutually agreed upon not to mention the purchase price.

Well-known companies such as Robert Bosch GmbH and Linde AG are long-term lease tenants in the office building that was erected in 1979 and extended in 2002. The property is located in the Weilimdorf area to the north-west of Stuttgart, primarily a location for offices, industry and logistics. The property offers commercial storage space along with 181 parking spaces - some of which are underground.

The modern office building has two stairways with lifts and is located on an 8,000 sqm plot. Thanks to its locality to the transport network, Stuttgart city centre and the Stuttgart International Airport are easily accessible.

Established on the market for over 17 years, publity AG has been commissioned to manage the asset management for the asset located in the Motorstrasse in Stuttgart. Therefor the office building is the 590. asset in the publity portfolio.
