alstria leases 2,400 sqm in its development asset "Momentum"

Hamburg, April 12, 2018 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in its development asset "Momentum" in Düsseldorf.

With the signature of another new leasing contract alstria can report on further progress in its development project "Momentum" (Am Wehrhahn 33, Oststrasse 10, Düsseldorf). The new tenant will lease up approximately 2,400 sqm of office and ancillary space. The 10-year lease will start on December 1, 2018 and generates an annual rental income of EUR k 489, representing an increase of around 70% compared to the lease prior to the refurbishment of the building.

The lease was brokered by Colliers, Düsseldorf.

The office building "Momentum" comprises a lettable area of 23,200 sqm and is located in the inner city of Düsseldorf. alstria acquired the building in 2012 and started the refurbishment of the asset in 2016.
