Contract of Management Board member Thomas Ortmanns renewed until 2023 Wiesbaden, 10 April 2017 - The Supervisory Board of Aareal Bank AG has resolved to renew the contract of Management Board member Thomas Ortmanns, and to reappoint him to the Management Board of Aareal Bank AG with effect from 01 April 2018 until 31 March 2023. Thomas Ortmanns has been a member of the Management Board since 1 September 2005. His areas of responsibility comprise the Bank's activities in relation to the housing and property industry in the Consulting/Services business segment as well as the Treasury and IT & Organisation Services divisions.
