IVU AG wins major order from Swiss Federal Railways SBB ?

With the "Integrated Production Planning" project, the Swiss Federal Railways SBB is putting the planning, optimisation and dispatching of vehicles and personnel for all passenger traffic on a new basis. The standard product IVU.rail, which is already used by numerous railway operators worldwide, shall be used for this purpose.

IVU Traffic Technologies AG was successful in an international tendering procedure. The collaboration is long-term. The planned framework agreement with a term of 8 years (with the option of extension for a further 10 years) covers the licensing, implementation and maintenance of IVU.rail.
