On March 03, 2010, Brickell Investments SL, Madrid, Spain has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on JAXX AG, Altenholz, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 01, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.05% (this corresponds to 537,601 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 0.60% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 105,587 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On March 04, 2010, Mr Sascha Badelt, Spain has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on JAXX AG, Altenholz, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 01, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.05% (this corresponds to 537,601 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 2.71% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 478,156 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Badelt. And thereof, according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.45% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 432,014 Voting Rights) is also to be attributed to Mr Badelt.

3. On March 04, 2010, Mr Jose Mieres, Spain has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on JAXX AG, Altenholz, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 01, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.05% (this corresponds to 537,601 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 2.79% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 491,459 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Mieres. And thereof, according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.45% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 432,014 Voting Rights) is also to be attributed to Mr Mieres.
