Marcel M.P. Probst, new COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Baar, 7 February 2012 - I.P.S. Innovative Packaging Solutions AG (IPS), a leading innovator and active investor in the field of primary packaging and pressure-controlled dispensing system technologies, has announced that it is expanding its management team. As of 1 February 2012, Marcel M.P. Probst (52) will take up the new post of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IPS. Mr Probst will primarily deal with the continued optimisation of all production processes within the group.

Marcel M.P. Probst has acquired extensive experience in the fields of leadership, consulting, organisation and change management in a number of industrial concerns and packaging companies throughout Europe and America. His qualifications include Master's degrees in Business Science, Social Sciences, Intervention Management and Change Management obtained from various Dutch universities.
