Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces preliminary Group figures for the first nine months of the fiscal year 2011/2012 (1/4/2011-31/12/2011): - Sales revenue: EUR 17.5 million (EUR 15.7 million in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2010/2011) - EBITDA: EUR 1.6 million (EUR 0.7 million in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2010/2011) - EBIT: EUR 0.6 million (EUR -0.3 million in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2010/2011) - Cash flows from operating activities: EUR 1.9 million (EUR -2.0 million in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2010/2011) - Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 12.6 million as of 31 December 2011 (EUR 12.8 million as of 31 December 2010)

Sales revenues amounted to EUR 6.5 million during the third quarter (1/10/2011-31/12/2011) of the fiscal year 2011/2012 (EUR 5.5 million in the same period of the previous year). The EBIT of the third quarter amounted to EUR 0.4 million (EUR -0.1 million in the same period of the previous year).
