Berlin, 15.05.2007: Frogster Interactive Pictures AG, Berlin-based
publisher of computer games, postpones the release date of its title 'The
Chronicles of Spellborn' from the third to the fourth quarter 2007. 'TCoS'
is a so-called Massive Multiplayer Online Game (MMO Game), thus a virtual
world for participation per subscription. As previously announced the
developer has indeed delivered a new software version; this has not yet
reached the development stage of a complete version though. Frogster needs
such a version to run the open beta test in order to prepare the release in
the German speaking area and in Korea as well as to continue and close the
negotiations with local partners in the Asian markets. To support the
developers as much as possible, Frogster has dispatched a MMO Game expert
with many years experience from Frogster Studios in Korea to the
development studio in Holland. This expert assumes a complete version will
be available in the third quarter 2007. With the new schedule more time
shall also be dedicated to the so-called testing and balancing to secure
the high quality target of Spellborn and Frogster.

Frogster states that the two most important competitors' titles, 'Age of
Conan' and 'Warhammer Online' have recently been postponed by its
publishers Funcom/Eidos resp. Mythic/Electronic Arts as well and will still
probably be launched after 'TCoS'.

With 'The Chronicles of Spellborn' and its holdings Frogster pursues the
goal to position itself as one of the first non-asian publisher of MMO
Games, which are globally regarded as a lucrative growth market. In the
view of the management the achievement of this goal strongly depends on
'TCoS' in which Frogster has also acquired the exploitation rights for
Asia. The postponement of 'TCoS' means a deferral of planned revenues and
of the implementation of the strategy reorientation. The traditional
business in conventional PC Games continues to run weakly. With regards to
the planned strategy shift Frogster plans only very few new product
releases in this business in the course of the year. The management still
remains confident that the strategy shift could be appreciated by the
public and significantly increase the company's value already upon
presentation of a complete version of 'TCoS' given the valuations of other
MMO Game publishers.
