NTT DOCOMO offer for net mobile: All regulatory conditions fulfilled

TOKYO, JAPAN and DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY, November 9, 2009 - DOCOMO Deutschland GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT DOCOMO, INC., is pleased to announce that all regulatory offer conditions for its public tender offer for net mobile have now been fulfilled. The last pending item had been the banking supervisory offer condition. Based on the written statement of the banking supervision of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) of November 6, 2009, DOCOMO can now announce that this offer condition has also been fulfilled. The company had also recently obtained clearance from the German Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and the German Ministry of Economy and Technology.

As previously announced, the acceptance period for the offer expires today, on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 24:00 hrs (local time Frankfurt am Main). The number of shares that have been validly tendered will be made public by the end of this week.

Shareholders who have validly tendered their shares will promptly receive the tender offer price of Euro 6.35 per share in cash as outlined in the offer document.
