Eindhoven, July 19, 2007 - Dutch company Capella Capital N.V. announces its
investment in BiogasPark N.V. (www.biogaspark.de) and acquires a 20 % stake
upon the foundation of the company. The remaining shares are held by the
management and strategic investors.

BiogasPark N.V. will invest in the field of renewable energy and primarily
focuses on financing, purchasing and the maintenance of biogas plant
facilities. The biogas plants are projected in cooperation with
acknowledged partners in the industry. Flexible cooperations and
relationships to manufacturers, suppliers, operators as well as
agricultural businesses, commercial banks and specialized investment funds
form the basis for the business model. Thus, the company is able to benefit
from technological market trends and to continuously evaluate and realise
best possible project alternatives.

With this transaction Capella Capital N.V. enables its shareholders to
participate in a further promising business model with attractive and
long-term growth potential in the field of renewable energy.
