Frédéric Pflanz will succeed Hervé Dumesny when he takes up his new responsibilities within Rémy Cointreau?s holding company.

Frédéric Pflanz has been appointed Finance Director of the Rémy Cointreau Group (Paris:RCO). He joined l'Oréal group in 1992 where he held a number of finance/management positions. He was, Director of the Europe zone of the Consumer Products division and subsequently Director in charge of Finance in Asia. Since 2006, Frédéric Pflanz has been Director in charge of Finance for the Consumer Products division worldwide. He is a graduate of ESB Reutlingen (Germany) and of CESEM in Reims.

Hervé Dumesny has been appointed to the General Management of Andromède, the family holding company of Rémy Cointreau among others. During his six years as Finance Director of the Group, he played an active role in the implementation of its strategy, its refinancing and the rollout of its new phase of development (the commercial changes on the Group?s exit from Maxxium). He is a graduate of ESSEC and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Hervé Dumesny will continue in his duties as Finance Director of the Group until the end of the Summer in order to ensure a smooth transition with Frédéric Pflanz, who has already joined the Group.
