Our voting portion now amounts to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights. This voting portion does not contain any voting rights which have been obtained via exercise of a right to acquire shares in Curanum AG granted by a financial instrument according to section § 25 paragraph 1 sentence 1 WpHG.

2. Hereby we, Triton Masterluxco 3 S.à r.l., Luxembourg, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that we exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG, München, on 23 May 2011. Our voting portion now amounts to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights. This portion comprises 17.22% voting rights (corresponding to 6,748,005 voting rights) of Young Luxco S.à r.l., that are attributed to us pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and are held directly by Young Luxco S.à r.l. (17.22%, corresponding to 6,748,005 voting rights). This voting portion does not contain any voting rights which have been obtained via exercise of a right to acquire shares in Curanum AG granted by a financial instrument according to section § 25 paragraph 1 sentence 1 WpHG.

Hereby we, Direl Holdco S.à r.l., Luxembourg, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that we exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG, München, on 23 May 2011. Our voting portion now amounts to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights. This portion comprises 17.22% voting rights (corresponding to 6,748,005 voting rights) of Triton Masterluxco 3 S. à r.l. and Young Luxco S.à r.l. All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to us pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and are held directly by Young Luxco S.à r.l. (17.22%, corresponding to 6,748,005 voting rights). This voting portion does not contain any voting rights which have been obtained via exercise of a right to acquire shares in Curanum AG granted by a financial instrument according to section § 25 paragraph 1 sentence 1 WpHG.

Hereby we, Actor Holdco S.à r.l., Luxembourg, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that we exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG, München, on 23 May 2011. Our voting portion now amounts to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights. This portion comprises 17.22% voting rights (corresponding to 6,748,005 voting rights) of Triton Masterluxco 3 S.à r.l. and Young Luxco S. à r.l. All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to us pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and are held directly by Young Luxco S.à r.l. Hereby we, Servus Luxco S.à r.l., Luxembourg, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that we exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG, München, on 23 May 2011. Our voting portion now amounts to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights. This portion comprises 17.22% voting rights (corresponding to 6,748,005 voting rights) of Triton Masterluxco 3 S.à r.l. and Young Luxco S.à r.l.
