Collaborative Consulting recently launched an initiative that will significantly reduce or eliminate the increasing challenges encountered in offshore service delivery while keeping the cost of service significantly lower than existing overseas models. Collaborative will achieve this goal through a combination of strategic location choice, customized training, and leveraging of its existing delivery approach and team. The first site, announced last, will be in Wausau, Wisconsin.
This initiative will return jobs to the U.S. as it provides competitively priced services focused on software development, integration, testing and support. Collaborative has been conducting extensive analysis of the best U.S. locations for its solution center program, which will allow client companies to begin using a U.S. site based model as opposed to the currently favored offshore approach, in which services are delivered from sites in India, China, the Philippines and other distant locations.
