Martin Billhardt to leave the Management Board of Scholz Recycling GmbH With the transformation and divestment process largely completed, Scholz Group, a leading European scrap recycler and one of the largest recycling companies for ferrous and non-ferrous metal worldwide, today announced that Martin Billhardt, Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of Scholz Recycling GmbH, will leave the company's Management Board after the maturing of his Service Agreement by 30th April, 2017. Remaining work will be handed over to his colleagues.
"With the transformation process smoothly in progress, we wish to show our deepest appreciation for all the contributions made by Martin in his position as Chief Transformation Officer. With his personality and team spirit, he has initiated the right approach needed to bring Scholz back on its path towards profitable growth", said Henry Qin, Co-CEO of Scholz Group.
