Transactions in own shares - 6th interim announcement
Berlin, 16 December 2016: During 09 December 2016 and 15 December 2016 Hypoport AG (the Company) has purchased in total 7,501 of its ordinary shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra) through J.P. Morgan Securities.
Thereby, the shares were purchased as follows:

Since the beginning of the programme on 08 November 2016, published pursuant to Art. 5 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 3 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 on 07 November 2016, the Company has purchased 41,317 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of EUR 2,836,129.31.
