EKS Beteiligungs-GmbH, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on schlott gruppe Aktiengesellschaft, Freudenstadt, Deutschland, WKN: 504630, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on November 20, 2009 and on that day amount to 4.97% (this corresponds to 308,500 Voting Rights).

In accordance with Section 21(1) in conjunction with Section 22(1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, Ms Elke Kiefer, Germany, hat notified us that on November 20, 2009, her share of voting rights in schlott gruppe AG, Wittlensweilerstraße 3, 72250 Freudenstadt (WKN 504630) fallen below 5% and that as at this date her share of the voting rights amounted to 4,97% (which corresponds to 308,500 voting rights) and that the full 4,97% (all 308,500 voting rights) held by EKS-Beteiligungs-GmbH, shall be attributed to her in accordance with Section 22(1) sentence 1 no. 1.
