The Henderson Global Investors Limited informed the BAUER Aktiengesellschaft, Schrobenhausen (ISIN DE0005168108) via Fax dated 14 November 2011 that its notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG on behalf of the abovementioned entities dated 10 November 2011, published by the BAUER AG on 14 November 2011, has to be corrected as follows:

1. that on 09 November 2011 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors Limited in BAUER AG went above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.0035024% (equivalent to 514,530 shares). 3.0035024% of the voting rights (equivalent to 514,530 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

2. that on 09 November 2011 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in BAUER AG went above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.0035024% (equivalent to 514,530 shares). 3.0035024% of the voting rights (equivalent to 514,530 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

3. that on 09 November 2011 the voting interest of Henderson Group Plc in BAUER AG went above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.0035024% (equivalent to 514,530 shares). 3.0035024% of the voting rights (equivalent to 514,530 shares) are attributable to Henderson Group Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.
