Phoenix International Freight Services, Ltd. has been named one of the ?Healthiest Companies in America,? by Illinois-based Interactive Health Solutions (IHS). This award was given to 34 companies out of over 1,000 clients who are committed to the concept of preventative healthcare, and have taken an active role in their employees? well-being.

The Healthiest Companies in America rankings are based on a series of clinical evaluations of employee participants across an index of key health indicators designed by IHS.

Phoenix has offered onsite health screenings through IHS since 2004. 300 employees participated in these free health screens in 2010.

• The remaining population usually falls into low or moderate risk health categories, but as each year passes, many will migrate to a higher risk, higher cost status.
